A Day in the Life

Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common form of serious arrhythmia. Being in a fast-growing cardiac ablation business segment and with the recent acquisition of the Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Therapy Account Consultant to join our team to further drive the growth of the business.

Reporting to the operating unit, this role is critical in providing expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the optimal use of the Mapping and Ablation System.

Territory to cover : Barcelona.

Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned :

  • Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, software functionalities, pump, and accessories).
  • Provide in-service training to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance.
  • Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with the education team and support the development of training centers.
  • Share clinical best practices with colleagues to optimize customer experience.
  • Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting.
  • Develop professional customer relationships.
  • Provide feedback on system utilization for marketing and participate in New Product Development discussions.
  • Manage high-stress situations with a problem-solving mindset.

Required Knowledge and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of clinical Electrophysiology experience.
  • Successful support of Electrophysiology mapping procedures for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work in team settings.
  • Independent thinking with a sense of responsibility.
  • Enthusiasm, decisiveness, and ability to achieve vendor credentialing in EP Labs.
