Location : Spain & LATAM, with occasional responsibilities in other international markets

Contract Type : Consultancy agreement

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts across Spain and Latin America, with occasional projects in other international markets. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments and is passionate about building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Develop and manage key accounts and client relationships.
  • Drive sales performance and expand our presence in target markets.
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
  • Execute market entry and business growth strategies.
  • Represent Hangsen at trade shows, expos, and promotional events.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights.
  • Work closely with business development and marketing teams to support growth across brand, ODM, and OEM channels.
  • Supervise and train sales personnel when needed.
  • Support proposal development and manage pricing strategies.
  • Lead promotional campaigns and implement field sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business and sales (FMCG background is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the vaping industry.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts and close deals.
  • Excellent track record in sales performance.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

  • Base compensation : €30,000 – €35,000 per year
