The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts across Spain and Latin America, with occasional projects in other international markets. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments and is passionate about building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Develop and manage key accounts and client relationships.
- Drive sales performance and expand our presence in target markets.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
- Execute market entry and business growth strategies.
- Represent Hangsen at trade shows, expos, and promotional events.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipelines.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights.
- Work closely with business development and marketing teams to support growth across brand, ODM, and OEM channels.
- Supervise and train sales personnel when needed.
- Support proposal development and manage pricing strategies.
- Lead promotional campaigns and implement field sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in business and sales (FMCG background is a plus).At least 1 year of experience in the vaping industry.Strong communication skills; fluent in English and SpanishProven ability to manage multiple key accounts and close deals.Excellent track record in sales performance.Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.Strong organizational and time management skills.Valid driver’s license is required.What We Offer
