Test, validate, install, commission, and supervise SINENG solar inverter stations according to specifications
Resolve technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and lead root cause analysis
Build strong customer relationships and serve as the main contact between customers and SINENG
Lead operational processes for health & safety, quality, schedule, and cost in service business
Coordinate with contractor site management to ensure compliance with SINENG procedures and track stock / service costs
Oversee replacement of parts and manage service tasks with partners
Your profile
2+ years of experience in power electronics, specifically in service, manufacturing, or testing of medium voltage systems
Product knowledge of solar inverters, transformers, and modules, with business process experience
Experience working on-site in various weather and environmental conditions
Successful completion of applicable solar work safety and technical training program
Adheres to proper Lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) practices and procedures
Valid driver’s license required
Willingness to travel extensively (at least 70% of the time)
Proficient in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
