The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory and cost controls, and driving profitability while maintaining a lively and safe environment.

Main Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Cultivate a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
• Communicates with vendors and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Control costs and minimize waste through portion control and effective inventory management.
• Assist with budget planning and pricing analysis.
