Transaction Services - Manager - Barcelona/Madrid

Meraki Talent are currently working with a leading, professional services firm seeking a Manager in Transaction Services. You will play a key role in guiding clients through financial due diligence during transactions. You will take responsibility for leading projects, managing teams, and working closely with clients to provide expert advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements, assessing working capital, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and client communications.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, offering training and feedback to foster their development.
• Build strong, trusted client relationships throughout the transaction process.
• Stay informed on market trends, deal activity, and regulatory changes that may affect transactions.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Transaction Services, preferably within a Big 4 or leading advisory firm.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACA, ACCA).
• Expertise in financial analysis, with the ability to interpret complex statements and assess transaction risks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders.
• A client-focused approach with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify risks and opportunities within transactions.
• Deep understanding of the deal process, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
