Our QA team plays a key role in ensuring that every feature reaches production with the highest level of reliability and user experience.

🚀 Your mission

We are looking for a QA Engineer who combines manual and automated testing, with a strong analytical mindset, great attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.

You will work closely with Product Owners and front-end and back-end development teams, actively participating throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure the quality of our deliveries.

Your role will have a direct impact on product stability, performance, and overall user satisfaction.

🛠️ Technologies and environment

• End-to-End automated testing with Cypress (JavaScript)
• Page Object Model (POM) architecture
• API testing using Postman
• Deployment pipelines in GitLab & GitLab CI
• Agile environment (Scrum)
• Cross-functional, collaborative teams

📌 What will you do?

• Support the Quipu team in ensuring the quality of product deliveries.
• Understand user stories and validate the consistency of developments.
• Perform manual testing on different features and user stories.
• Conduct exploratory testing sessions to ensure features work correctly end-to-end.
• Monitor production bugs and collaborate on their resolution.
• Review automated test reports and correct or adjust them when necessary.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of automated tests.
• Create new End-to-End test scenarios using Cypress.
• Add new API tests using Postman.
• Maintain and monitor automated tests, updating them when errors or changes occur.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automated testing framework (e.g., migrating to TypeScript or evaluating alternative tools).

✅ Technical requirements

• Previous experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge of JavaScript-based testing frameworks (Cypress or similar).
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with GitLab deployment pipelines.
• Fluent English.

⭐ Bonus points

• Additional knowledge of JavaScript automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Shell/Bash commands.
• Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum.
