Your Job

• For this Operational Representative (OR) role, we are expanding the Life & Protection Solutions team. Your responsibilities include processing incoming insurance claims (travel, temporary working incapacity), being the first point of contact for clients, insurance policyholders, and managing reporting data to internal and external parties.
• ORs are supported by the people manager, technical experts and fellow team members.
