We are recruiting for an Affiliate Manager to be based in Spain Costa del Sol
Key Responsibilities :
Affiliate Recruitment : Identify, contact, and onboard new affiliate partners to grow the program.
Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates — maintain strong relationships and provide support to drive performance.
Deal Negotiation : Arrange and negotiate deals, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
Campaign Management : Launch, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns across various channels.
Tracking & Reporting : Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Compliance & Quality Control : Ensure affiliates align with brand guidelines and campaign terms.
What We're Looking For :
Proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
Strong understanding of tracking platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with an eye for ROI.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships and campaigns.
