Votre rôle
En tant que Conseiller(ère) Clientèle bilingue Français et Anglais, vous serez le premier point de contact de nos clients, en leur offrant une assistance personnalisée, des solutions adaptées et des conseils concernant leurs besoins en assurance. Vos principales responsabilités incluront :
Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, e-mail ou chat, de manière professionnelle et conviviale.
Résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et rapide tout en maintenant un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
Informer et sensibiliser les clients sur les polices dassurance, leurs avantages et leurs conditions.
Tenir à jour des enregistrements précis des interactions clients dans notre base de données.
Collaborer avec les membres de léquipe afin daméliorer en continu lexpérience client.
Profil recherché
Nous valorisons le potentiel et lattitude avant lexpérience. Une expérience préalable dans le service client, lassurance ou un domaine similaire constitue un atout, mais nest pas indispensable. Nous vous fournirons une formation complète et le soutien nécessaire pour réussir dans ce rôle.
Compétences clés :
Niveau C2 en français.
Bonne maîtrise de langlais (les formations et communications se feront en anglais).
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes dans un environnement dynamique.
