Who We Are

We are Nabrawind Technologies , an innovative and high growing Spanish company dedicated to the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced components for the wind energy sector. Specializing in groundbreaking solutions, such as self-erecting towers, innovative blades, and other solutions, our company focuses on two main areas : improving wind turbine performance and optimizing logistics costs. Recently acquired by Fortescue, a major Australian group, we are now part of a larger entity with global backing, reinforcing our commitment to pioneering sustainable energy solutions worldwide.

Key Position and Mission

We are seeking an engineering leader to guide the product lifecycle and technical development projects for our innovative wind components. This role is fundamental to ensuring new products and projects are launched on time, within budget, and meeting defined quality standards.

Core Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Comprehensive Plan Management : Define and execute the Project Plan, controlling scope, timing, budget, and resources.
• Financial and Delivery Control : Hold budgetary and financial responsibility for projects, ensuring deliverables are produced within required timescales and costs, with tight change control.
• Risk and Collaboration : Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning. Ensure effective collaboration and teamwork across the project.
• Reporting and Strategy : Report project progress / status (KPIs, Quality, Cost, Delivery) to the Program Manager and key stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement : Actively participate in improving and standardizing internal project management processes, contributing to operational excellence.
