We are seeking a highly motivated FinOps Consultant to join our team and help optimize our cloud financial operations. In this role, you will work cross-functionally internally with Finance, Engineering, and Product teams and with Customers to ensure efficient cloud usage, accurate cost allocation, and data-driven decision-making. You will serve as the bridge between technology and finance, helping maximize business value from cloud investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Cost Optimization : Analyze cloud usage patterns and identify opportunities to optimize spend.
• Implement cost allocation tagging strategies and enforce governance.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive efficient cloud architecture design.
• Financial Management & Reporting : Build and maintain dashboards for cloud cost visibility and accountability.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and root cause investigations.
• Governance & Policy : Establish and enforce cloud financial governance frameworks.
• Educate engineering and product teams on cost-efficient cloud usage.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and vendor agreements.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the liaison between Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams.
• Drive cultural adoption of FinOps principles across the organization.
