Overview Account Executive role at ShipBob. This position is based remotely in Spain. We are expanding our sales team in Spain to build a scalable model and roll it out locally.

Our award-winning technology stack, robust fulfillment operations, and ShipBob brand help generate leads. The role is for individuals who are self-driven, able to work autonomously in a startup environment, and capable of identifying new customers to meet quota in a high-growth market.

What You’ll Do Drive new business to attain revenue targets using self-sourcing techniques.

Self-source prospects using internal databases, online searches, self-created cadences and marketing campaigns, referrals, and other methods.

Qualify prospects and sell ShipBob’s value propositions to bring in new business that is operationally fit for ShipBob.

Connect with potential customers, both self-sourced and pre-vetted by the Business Development or Partnerships team, to determine mutual fit.

Move customers efficiently through the sales process, ensuring all expectations are properly set and understood.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms and general partnership agreements.

Have a thorough understanding of both ShipBob’s tech offerings and Operational capabilities.

Maintain an updated, clean pipeline to ensure proper forecasting and up-to-date CRM notes so account status is clear.

Provide feedback to management to improve the sales process and merchant experience.

Ensure proper handoff to the post-sales team.

Identify local nuances and help improve processes, tools, and documentation.

Additional duties as necessary.

What You’ll Bring To The Table At least 18 months of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative in the eCommerce fulfillment or OMS / WMS / TMS tech space.

Ability to foster teamwork and motivate others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Established track record of success in a Sales role.

Ability to understand client needs and handle negotiations.

Computer skills, especially MS Excel and CRM software.
