IT Systems and Network Administrator

If you are looking to further develop your career in the System Administration area, we are seeking a Systems & Networks Administrator to join our IT Team.

✅ Maintain, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve server, storage, virtualization, and cloud service issues.

Oversee core infrastructure with monitoring tools.

Configure and manage routing, switching, VPN tunnels, SDWAN configurations, and Firewall policies.

Level 2 IT support.

Maintain up-to-date runbooks, topology diagrams, and configuration repositories.

&##Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer, Information Technology, related field, or any equivalent work experience.

Proficient in English (Advanced level) and Spanish (Advanced level).

Certification such as AZ104, AZ-305, CCNA / CNP, CISSP, CySA+, ITILv4 or any other equivalent.

Experience operating production workloads in public clouds (IaaS, PaaS, Virtual networking).

Knowledge in Windows 11, Windows Server, AD, DNS / DHCP, GPO, patching, performance troubleshooting, O365 administration.

Knowledge in Virtualization : VMware, Hyper V, or equivalents.

Strong networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
