Job Summary

This role will support regional engineering leadership, overseeing maintenance operations, contractor coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple cold storage facilities.

• Operational backup and continuity

• Maintenance and facility oversight
• Daily maintenance operations management
• Preventive maintenance program implementation and monitoring
• Contractor and vendor management
• Specialized repairs coordination through external contractors
• Compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
• Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Budgeting and planning support
• Annual maintenance budgets development and expenditure monitoring
• Cost-saving initiatives contribution
• Technical leadership
• Emerging technologies update and recommendation for improvements
• Support and manage engineering projects

Qualifications and Requirements
