COE Pricing Analyst

Job Description

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

• Responsible for pricing and yielding at a location or cluster level working in a team and reporting to the Pricing Manager.
• Analyse the competitor landscape by location vehicle type rental length source country and business channels.
• Run and review business intelligence to support decision making: on rent reporting reservation reports and cancellation trends.
• Understand the flexibility and constraints in the management of the fleet and how this impacts pricing decisions (e.g. fleet movement execution times availability planning de-fleeting and in-fleeting processes).
• Propose and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue combining knowledge of current business performance market position demand and business channel mix.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders current performance of clusters and pricing /yielding actions implemented.
• Contribute directly to the alignment of activities across different departments (Fleet Operations Corporate Sales) and to continually apply revenue management practices to improve business profitability.
• Recommend and implement changes to current processes to improve efficiency.
