Descripción del trabajoContent Creation : Produce exceptional quality content for various social media platforms Content Calendar Management : Work with the marketing team to plan, create, and manage content calendars, brand campaigns, and experiments Trend Analysis : Identify emerging trends in Gen Z and Millennial culture and adapt them to our unique voice Culture Reflection : Develop content that showcases local Catalan values, humor, and current conversations (in Catalan and Spanish) Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to track performance and suggest new ideas Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and professional English Prior experience creating content for social media platforms, especially Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram Natural confidence on camera and ability to film and edit short-form content using native app editors or tools like Cap Cut or InShot Strong understanding of trending topics and their relevance to Catalonia and Spain Excellent writing skills, with clarity, humor, and personality A full-time contractor agreement An own-your-time company culture Flexible working hours with core collaboration days : Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays A state-of-the-art office in Barcelona, less than 50 meters from the beach Brand-new Mac Book and iPhone 25 vacation days, exceeding the Spanish norm An exciting work environment in a dynamic, international, fast-growing crypto startup

Your Mission
- Create captivating content for social media platforms including Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
- Develop engaging tweets and captions that resonate with our audience
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality short-form videos reflecting our brand voice
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Gen Z and Millennial culture, particularly in Catalonia and Spain
- Collaborate with the marketing team to shape our tone and visual identity on social media
