Job Description :

This role involves leading the entire civil & structural engineering function for large-scale solar power plants. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of engineers, overseeing project delivery, and collaborating with top-tier EPC professionals across electrical, MEP, and instrumentation disciplines.

Requirements :

• 15+ years' experience in civil / structural design with a strong track record in solar projects
• Deep technical expertise in foundations, control rooms, roads, drainage, and structural steel design
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and budget
• Knowledge of international design standards and industry-leading software (STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• A leader who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering world-class engineering solutions
