Job Title : Cloud Hosting Service Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Hosting Service Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in global cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as experience with managing vendors and business units regarding cloud & hosting services.

Responsibilities :

Manage and optimise cloud-based services and hosting environments

Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organisation's cloud infrastructure

Support various stakeholders in leveraging cloud technologies efficiently

Implement and enforce security measures, compliance standards, and best practices to safeguard data and applications

Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance

Provide technical support to internal teams or clients utilising cloud services effectively

Requirements :

Expertise in global cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Co-location Datacentre settings

Experienced managing vendors and business units regarding cloud & hosting services

Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes and security protocols

Proficient in managing and administering cloud environment management tools
