Responsibilities
- Make and manage reservations; work with computers and manage reservation programs; greet guests at check-in and check-out; allocate rooms; perform tasks efficiently.
- Manage complaints and problems; handle special requests; oversee basic accounting and payments control.
- Use several languages by phone, email or in person; multitask as a receptionist and assist in other areas of the hotel.
- Answer telephone calls; check in / check out; monitor bookings and availability; control prices and promotions; resolve problems; assist customers; manage online reputation on social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.).
Qualifications
