As a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will spearhead the development of innovative AI-powered solutions that revolutionize software delivery and developer experience.

This pivotal role combines technical expertise with product ownership, driving strategic decision-making and shaping the future of AI adoption.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Identifying and assessing high-impact AI / ML opportunities across engineering platforms
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and platform teams on applied AI topics
  • Transforming identified opportunities into actionable project items and prioritizing delivery
  • Implementing proof-of-concept solutions and scaling successful cases in collaboration with platform teams
  • Tracking progress, reporting impact, and mitigating risks to senior leaders
  • Monitoring emerging trends in AI relevant to software delivery and developer experience
  • Measuring and calculating productivity benefits and ROI of AI tools using relevant KPIs
  • Ensuring successful adoption of AI-powered tools through training, guidance, and support for engineers

To excel in this position, we require :

  • Over 5 years of experience in software engineering or applied AI roles
  • Practical expertise with AI / ML tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and vector databases
  • Proven ability in managing stakeholders, refining project backlogs, and delivering results-driven products
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies
  • Strong programming skills, with preference for Java, .NET, or TypeScript
  • Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in English
