Do you want to lead high-impact Industry 4.0 projects for some of the world’s most innovative manufacturers? Are you driven by delivering value, guiding teams, and helping clients shape their digital future? As part of the Project Management Office, the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering intelligent automation, MES/MOM, and data solutions across global environments. You engage closely with clients to understand their expectations, translate them into actionable project plans, and guide multidisciplinary teams towards successful execution on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

What You Will Do

Lead the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeframe.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, project sponsors, and third parties, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the journey.

Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.

Build detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage deviations.

Coordinate internal teams (System Engineers, Senior System Engineers, Architects, Experts) and external vendors to ensure aligned execution.

Ensure resource planning and allocation in cooperation with BU Managers and Resource Managers.

Identify risks early, escalate when needed, and define mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes.

Guard AG Solution’s quality standards by using PMO methodology, templates, tools, and best practices.

Contribute to process improvements by documenting lessons learned, updating PMO guidelines, and sharing knowledge with the team.

The wish list for a Project Manager

At least 3 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in software, automation, digitalization, or Industry 4.0 environments.

A professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or another technical field or proven technical affinity.

Experience with project planning, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Affinity with software packages, automation systems, data management, or MES/MOM platforms.

Strong documentation and process-oriented capabilities.

Fluent in English and Spanish

Valid driver’s license.

You are a European citizen or hold a valid long-term European work permit.
