Reservations Agent Italian CRO Madrid

Overview

As a Booking Agent (M / F), you will report to the Supervisor of Central Reservation Office of Minor Hotels in Madrid and ensure compliance with the reservation service across direct and indirect channels, from the reservation request to its confirmation. You will provide information about hotels, products and services, and carry out up-selling and cross-selling actions to increase revenue and exceed customer expectations, delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Ensure reservation service compliance across all channels from request to confirmation.

Provide information about hotels, products and services offered.

Upsell and cross-sell to contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Deliver excellent service and proactively meet customer expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Flexibility, proactivity and ability to work by objectives.

Schedule flexibility and availability for full-time face-to-face duties.

Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor).

Sales skills; experience in reservation management or commercial area valued.

Experience in customer service (preferential factor).

Knowledge of Italian is a must.

Ability to integrate into a dynamic team focused on service excellence.
