About The Role

The Compliance Lead will be responsible for all regulatory, legal, and risk-related aspects of our global operations. You’ll serve as a key advisor to leadership, ensuring Infloww / Infinni complies with legal obligations and platform standards across markets. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on involvement to build scalable, sustainable systems supporting our growth.

Please note : This position is only available to candidates currently living in or willing to relocate to the Canary Islands.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a global compliance framework for our content-forward, creator-centric CRM platform with embedded fintech functionalities.
  • Manage and update the platform’s Acceptable Use Policy, content standards, and enforcement protocols.
  • Collaborate with trust & safety, legal, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to embed compliance across the user journey.
  • Monitor and interpret emerging regulations relevant to our business and adapt policies accordingly.
  • Implement enforcement workflows and procedures.
  • Act as the primary contact for compliance inquiries, audits, or issues with stakeholders, regulators, or external counsel.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to stay proactive.
  • Foster a culture of integrity and solutions-oriented compliance within the company.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 6+ years in compliance, platform governance, risk management, or trust & safety roles, preferably in social media, fintech, or creator monetization startups.
  • Strong knowledge of platform policies, content moderation, creator behavior, and digital product risks.
  • Ability to design systems, policies, and workflows from scratch with limited legacy infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment to advise executive teams on complex issues.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Willingness to engage deeply with operational challenges.
  • Legal degree (JD or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with international digital content, payments, or data governance regulations.
