Overview As an analyst in the Madrid office, you will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services.
What will you do? Assisting in execution of mandated deals
Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
Gathering public information through numerous sources
Assisting to create financial model analyses
Building company forecast models
Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and / or sell-side assignments
Producing and maintaining various databases
General research
What do you need to succeed? Must have
University degree or equivalent
Investment banking experience or equivalent
Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
Sound judgement with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels
Teamwork approach with colleagues

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer software skills : Excel, Word, PowerPoint
