Your job is to make sure the AI outputs are correct, consistent, and reliable.

Role overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented AI QA & Product Validation Tester to join our AFS Labs team in Spain.

This is not traditional software testing — it is a human-in-the-loop AI validation role.

You will :

• Test and validate AI-generated answers
• Compare outputs across multiple AI engines (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Build confidence scoring frameworks
• Document edge cases, safety risks, and required follow-ups
• Work closely with developers to ensure reliable, predictable AI behaviour
