As we experience significant growth in our client base, we are strategically positioning ourselves in the heart of EMEA with the creation of a dedicated Elastic Renewals Sales team based out of this thriving metropolis. This development marks a pivotal moment for professionals seeking to join a cutting edge technology company, at a time when our regional footprint is expanding rapidly!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Spearhead and refine renewals best practices to serve customers effectively and ensure ongoing partnership with Elastic.
  • Engage directly with Elastic's client base in your assigned territory, maintaining and growing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with departments including Customer Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Cloud to optimize the customer lifecycle.
  • Deliver a consistent and seamless customer experience that reflects the high standards of the Elastic brand.
  • Contribute to Elastic's growth by actively responding to employee feedback and innovation.
  • Provide a seamless customer journey and identify opportunities to maximise customer experience while optimizing contract renewals.
  • Increase customer retention using effective telephone, video, and email sales strategies while reducing churn and shrinkage.

What You Bring Along

  • At least 3 years of experience within a renewals team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • A driven and inquisitive mindset with pride in your professional output.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with an expansive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferably some experience dealing with customers in emerging markets (UAE, Israel).
  • Fluency in English is essential; French or Dutch is a plus.
