Descripción del trabajoYou have studied at a top 10 university in Spain (or top 200 globally) and have achieved 9.0 and above in Bachillerato and 7.0 and above in University - Mathematics preferred You have commercial experience in a Quantitative Developer position at a buyside institution or Tier 1 bank You have advanced C# .NET programming skills including .NET Core (will also consider Java, Python or C++ background if happy to use C# going forward) You have a strong knowledge of SQL databases You have strong mathematics knowledge You're entrepreneurial with good business acumen, keen to take ownership and lead projects You're collaborative, enjoy problem solving and sharing ideas You have fluent English language skills Salary (to €150,000) Bonus 25 days holiday Bupa healthcare Generous pension contribution Continuous career development opportunities Social team atmosphere with a range of events and early finish for drinks on Fridays

Quantitative Developer (SQL Mathematics) Madrid onsite to €150,000
Are you a mathematically minded Quantitative Developer with a first class education and strong programming skills?
You could be progressing your career, working on complex and interesting systems at a FinTech start-up, they have secure backing and an established Hedge Fund client as a partner.
As a Quantitative Developer you'll focus on integrating the mathematical models built by Investment Quants, creating scalable, performant and supportable cross asset class applications including APIs, UIs and tools. You'll be mainly using backend C# .Net and SQL.
There's an Agile, collaborative team environment with plenty of problem solving, learning opportunities and career development as the company scales.
Location : You'll be based in Madrid on a fulltime basis (Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities
- Focus on integrating mathematical models built by Investment Quants
- Create scalable, performant and supportable cross-asset class applications including APIs, UIs and tools
- Work primarily with backend C# .NET and SQL
- Collaborate in an Agile, problem-solving environment with opportunities for learning and career development as the company scales
