Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of managed services and fixed-price projectsDesign and implement effective service delivery models that drive real value for clientsTrack and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure excellenceAnticipate risks and solve challenges before they happenManage costs, invoicing, and contracts transparentlyIdentify opportunities to expand engagement through upselling and cross-sellingLead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders seamlesslyProvide strategic insights and progress updates to clients and leadershipRequirements
Experience in Service Management with a proven track record of moving T&M to managed servicesStrong commercial sense and negotiation skills in global corporate environmentsKnowledgeable in IT / OT technologies and service delivery modelsSkilled in SLA / KPI / risk management and complex projectsFluent in English (C1), comfortable in multicultural teamsProactive, results-driven, and adaptableBenefits
