Job Title : Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Professional to lead the transformation of our service delivery model.

Location

  • Madrid (Hybrid Role with flexible schedule)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of managed services and fixed-price projects
  • Design and implement effective service delivery models that drive real value for clients
  • Track and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure excellence
  • Anticipate risks and solve challenges before they happen
  • Manage costs, invoicing, and contracts transparently
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement through upselling and cross-selling
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders seamlessly
  • Provide strategic insights and progress updates to clients and leadership
  • Requirements

  • Experience in Service Management with a proven track record of moving T&M to managed services
  • Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills in global corporate environments
  • Knowledgeable in IT / OT technologies and service delivery models
  • Skilled in SLA / KPI / risk management and complex projects
  • Fluent in English (C1), comfortable in multicultural teams
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable
