We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of IT Infrastructure and Security Specialist.

This position involves overseeing the security, availability, and performance of our organization's IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and be able to combine hands-on work with project coordination, security policy implementation, and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor, administer, and maintain IS systems and infrastructure.
• Provide level one and two user support (Windows, Office, Outlook, Hardware, etc.).
• Manage server patching, backups, and incident resolution.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT security policies, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
• Conduct vulnerability management and security event monitoring.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure and security projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide training when needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and prepare specifications for new requirements.
