Fashion Buyer

Overview

As Fashion Buyer you will support the Procurement team in building and managing our product assortment. You will work closely with Senior Buyers to manage CORE categories, execute purchase orders, and monitor product performance. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion and streetwear, with strong analytical skills and the ambition to grow into a senior buying role.

Responsibilities

• Support the seasonal buying process by gathering data and preparing reports.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with CORE brands and suppliers.
• Execute purchase orders in SAP and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers.
• Track deliveries, inventory levels, and resolve operational issues with the Procurement Manager.
• Monitor KPIs such as Sell-through %, Markdown %, and WOS (Weeks to Supply) to optimize replenishment.
• Contribute to the preparation of "buying packs" (sales and inventory analysis before market weeks).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to align launch calendars with campaigns.
• Provide insights on trends and product opportunities to Senior Buyers.
