  • The role
  • We are looking for a seasoned, deeply technical leader to join our dynamic team dedicated to advancing our Consent, Identity & Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities. As a tech lead of our Consent, ID & SSO team, you will play a key role in shaping the digital product build and delivery of our foundational product focused on consumer identity which is comprised of consent management, identity management and end user facing preferences center management. You will hire, mentor and grow a team of frontend, backend, fullstack as well as support engineers who will build and deliver the SSO digital product with a combination of procured tools as well as home grown micro services to power our identity capabilities. You will partner closely with our SSO product management team as well as cross functional teams in our matrix-org-design in our digital teams. Your strong technical acumen, motivation, and proactive approach will be instrumental in designing and deploying identity solutions that enhance user authentication, elevate data security, and ensure a seamless integration experience. Join us in this exciting journey where your expertise in consent management and identity management will be crucial in defining the future of our Consent, Identity & Single Sign-On domain. Be the technical voice and the leader of our team SSO team, contributing to the innovation and excellence that drive the success of our SSO solutions and empower our users worldwide. You will work with other teams within the Growth, Digital and Platform program to drive the modernization and mutualization of our growth programs, which includes the different streams of works, from the implementation of single sign on solutions, marketing automation, customer services or frontend websites across the group. You will work with other business analysts and software engineers, solutions architects, product owners within these streams to sort out the different interactions and data exchanges across these products. You will be collaborating with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Consent products, showcasing an awareness of their critical role in enhancing and securing customer experiences within digital platforms.
  • Solid experience with authentication protocols and standards, such as OAuth and OpenID Connect, to enhance understanding of authentication processes within the Consent and Identity domain.
  • Strong technical expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Java is must. In addition, one or more programming languages and frameworks (e.g., , Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services ideally on Azure Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Relevant certifications data architecture, data management certifications are a plusExperience working with global multi-brand company.Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality SSO digital product that meet business requirements and technical specifications and demonstrate the capabilities of GDP products and services to its wider internal audience Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, prioritize feature development, and plan sprints and releases
