Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation.
You will work closely with our education and traditional marketing teams to ensure alignment with our product launch calendar, course schedules, and local goals. Your role will involve creating and curating high-quality content, managing social media channels, and analyzing trends and audience behavior to inform strategic planning. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our social media presence and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Operational : Manage daily social media operations, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Operational : Develop and implement a content calendar in alignment with product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Operational : Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals and video content.
- Operational : Engage with the community through monitoring conversations, responding to messages, and managing comments.
- Operational : Track social KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Strategic : Co-develop regional media plans with the Education and Traditional Marketing teams.
- Strategic : Develop and refine the EMEA social media strategy aligned with global brand direction.
- Strategic : Analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategic planning.
- Strategic : Partner with the digital marketing team to integrate paid social, SEO, and web campaigns into an omnichannel experience.
- Strategic : Support brand storytelling through KOL collaborations, doctor spotlights, educational content, and campaigns.
- Strategic : Work closely with local market leads and the global team to ensure social strategy reflects regional priorities and cultural nuances.
- Strategic : Recommend tools, workflows, and innovations to enhance efficiency and impact.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills :3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or premium B2B / B2C brands.Experience working across multiple countries or languages is a strong plus.Strong knowledge of platform best practices and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).Proficient in scheduling tools, analytics tools, and Canva / Adobe Creative Suite.Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.A strong sense of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
