Position summary The role involves working with SAP products, staying updated on SAP news, and understanding developments related to the product and its competitors.
Project Planning / Management Activities
Liaise with the ADP Project Manager (Consulting) assigned to the project and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage or problems.
Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities for the Implementation Team, including informal on-the-job training.
Keep clients' blueprints, configuration worksheets, client-specific configuration documentation, and training materials up to date.
Liaise with internal groups including Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure high levels of client service.
Perform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client's system.
Work closely with Implementation Consultants and the off / near shore team.
Knowledge & Experience Required :
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English.
Keep team lead updated on progress, risks, and task slippages.
Good knowledge of GV Payroll solution and configuration.
Country legislative knowledge in Payroll.
Debugging skills (optional).
At least 5-7 years of experience as a SAP HR payroll consultant.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Fluent in English and intermediate knowledge of Czech.
Skills and Abilities
Strong consulting skills, understanding business requirements, and mapping to ADP templates.
Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and design.
Good understanding of SAP business processes related to the implemented module.
Note : This role should be based in Prague, Plzen, or Barcelona.
