Overview Job Title : Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities Maintain job architecture, manage incentive and benefits plans, lead gender pay gap analysis, and support the annual compensation cycle.

Partner with global / regional C&B teams on compensation and benefits strategy and execution.

Deliver annual compensation cycle : data management, training, manager support, and outcome processing.

Design and manage incentive schemes across multiple levels and geographies.

Qualifications Strong English communication; additional European languages a plus.

Deep understanding of European C&B practices.

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Experience with salary surveys, job evaluation, and compensation planning tools.

Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
