Senior Development Finance Manager

Development Finance Professional

This role requires a skilled professional to manage transactions across the lifespan of a Development Finance facility, with a focus on Spanish, UK, and European markets. As a key member of the underwriting team, you will lead and coordinate the overall due diligence / underwriting process, reviewing initial deal information and preparing financial models in accordance with internal policies.

Main Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate the overall due diligence / underwriting process

Review initial deal information and prepare financial models in accordance with internal policies

Produce key underwriting documentation, including detailed credit applications, with direction from Deal Originators and support from the Deal Execution team

Review professional reports with the Head of Credit

Coordinate and lead communication with clients and stakeholders

Attend client meetings and contribute to new business development activities

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements :

5 years relevant industry experience

Spanish speaker

Experience coordinating with solicitors and reviewing finance / security documents

Degree educated; further education pertaining to property and real estate is a plus

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and brokers

Excellent mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills
