Overview
we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Levante area, who will play a key role in building and consolidating the field team (GPVs) within an expanding company that is in the process of repositioning itself in retail channels. They will be responsible for designing, structuring, and driving a regional sales network with a high degree of autonomy, strategic vision, and operational leadership.
We are looking for a profile with energy, analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a genuine motivation to lead from the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Responsibility (Retail Chananel)
- Operator Channel Management : distributors and platforms (in collaboration with KAMs)
- Retail Channel Management : store managers
- Promoter Management
- Leadership of the GPV team
- Operational control and regional reporting
Required Knowledge
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, or related fields.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles (RSM, Area Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Retail Manager) is a plus.Experience in technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or mass retail is a plus.High level of spoken and written English.Proficiency in sell-out / sell-in KPIs, margin, turnover, and market share.Experience leading teams of GPVs, promoters, or field sales representatives.Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (BI, dashboards, Salesforce, Power BI).General Conditions of the Role
