Overview

Quality Director - Pharma role at Nonstop. Navarra, Spain (on-site or candidates must be willing to relocate). This is a strategic leadership role for professionals passionate about quality excellence and compliance in the pharma industry.

Responsibilities

Ensure all products, processes, and systems comply with the highest quality standards.
Oversee the achievement of the company's quality objectives and milestones.
Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with international regulations.
Lead, manage, and develop large quality teams.
Prepare for, coordinate, and lead internal and external audits (including regulatory inspections).

Requirements

University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in senior quality roles within the pharmaceutical industry, managing large teams.

In-depth knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EMA regulations.

Fluent in Spanish and in English (C1 level).
