Teleperformance Spanien, mit mehr als 4.700 Mitarbeitern an 10 Standorten (zertifiziert mit Great Place to Work und Top Employer), sucht eine Gruppe hochqualifizierter Fachkräfte als Customer Care Success & Retention Representatives.
Zuständigkeiten
- Kundenbetreuung in Bezug auf Kfz-Produkte und -Dienstleistungen (Autoteile, Wartungspläne, Garantien usw.) über verschiedene Kanäle für interessierte Abonnenten.
- Identifizierung der Kundenbedürfnisse und -erwartungen und Bereitstellung personalisierter Lösungen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhalten.
- Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kunden (Zweifel, Vorfälle).
- Bindung und Engagement von Bestandskunden.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundenbindungsstrategien, um die Loyalität zu erhöhen und das Geschäft zu erhalten, indem das Kundenfeedback analysiert und mit den Kunden verhandelt wird.
- Upselling und Cross-Selling bei eingehenden Anrufen von Bestandskunden.
- Ständiges Aktualisieren unseres CRM-Systems mit allen relevanten Informationen, die während der Kundendienstaktivitäten gesammelt wurden.
Anforderungen
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
- Starke Kundenorientierung.
- Geschäfts- und Zielorientierung.
- Frühere Erfahrungen und Aufgaben im Bereich Contact Center oder Back Office.
- Administrative und finanztechnische Kenntnisse (Zahlungen, Rechnungsstellung, Bestellungen, Inkasso usw.).
- Starkes Verhandlungsgeschick und Geschäftsorientierung.
- Marketing-Hintergrund oder Erfahrung in den sozialen Medien ist ein Plus.
- Ausgezeichnete soziale und schriftliche Fähigkeiten.
