Course counsellor English + Spanish

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic person, with initiative, very strong communicational skills, who is goal-oriented and competent in creating and maintaining conversations with clients. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Contact potential clients to advise them and subsequently close the sale of the different available products (courses, accommodation, activities, ...) taking into account their motivations, needs and interests.
• (Gain) extensive knowledge of all products and services available and adapt them to the needs of the client and guarantee their satisfaction
• Provide all the information required by the client, resolve their doubts and incidents arising within the sales process.
• Track customer requests and queries proactively.
• Customer loyalty ensuring the correct fulfillment of the phases/deadlines/marked commitments.
• Processing reservations, modifications, cancellations and resolving of incidents.
• Carrying out all administrative tasks associated with the position.

Requirements

• High level of English + intermediate Spanish.
• Excellent communicative competence
• Active listening and empathy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valuable experience in international (business or eductional) environments.
