QA Hardware Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include:

• Participate in the field "screening team" on product issues. Identification, analysis, evaluation and recording of key data.
• Monitoring of processes. Design actions to avoid issues/malfunctions for recurring.
• Identify best practices and development guides. Lean processes for superior performance.
• Definition and leadership of actions of the company's portfolio performance improvement plan. Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.
• Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement and project management.
• Perform organizational coaching to do right first and to walk the talk.

• Master/ B.A in Industrial Engineer or Telecommunications.
• Experience in maintenance of management systems and risk management.
• Fluent level of English as you will work in an international environment and project.
• Approximately 3 – 5 years working in a quality role.
• Available to travel.
• Strong problem-solving skills. High drive and delivery level.
• Good interpersonal, relationship-building skills and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented.
