Debt Management Specialist

Key to this role is managing complex insurance accounts and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Liaising with customers, insurance intermediaries and reinsurers to ensure timely collection of premiums and recoveries is crucial. Responsibilities also include reconciling Debtors and Creditors accounts, analysing differences, logging queries and monitoring resolution through tracking and updating actions.

A strong focus on analytical, relationship management and communication skills is required. A clear interest in insurance structures, including re-insurance, and a desire to develop knowledge and expertise are essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, achieve targets, handle routine requests for information and communicate effectively.

This position requires the ability to work in an international environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also necessary.
