The Position

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge products that enhance travel options across global routes. The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments and a passion for leveraging data science and AI to solve complex business challenges.

In this role, you'll

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned with Longtail's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to bring innovative products from concept to launch.
  • Define product requirements and develop detailed roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Analyze product performance using data analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through close collaboration with customer success teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain market leadership.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in launching products and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data analytics skills and decision-making based on data.
  • Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the travel or airline industry.
  • Expertise in workflow management and process automation.
  • Experience scaling products from inception to maturity.
