Minimum Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • 2 years experience in software development project management, focusing on data management projects in cloud environments.
  • Experience managing cloud software projects using AGILE methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level) with professional experience in international environments.
  • Strong corporate competencies such as responsibility, commitment, and rigor.
  • Organizational and disciplinary skills, especially when working remotely.
  • Essential skills : ability to learn, teamwork, task prioritization, analytical and methodical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Desired competencies : involvement, initiative, and a high degree of autonomy.

What Will You Do?

  • Governance : Lead organization of project governance ceremonies and gather contributions from various participants, such as Product Committees, Steering Committees, Rollout Committees, Gates, and Digital Risks, according to organizational rules.
  • Project Management : Coordinate synchronization among different project providers based on development and deployment objectives. Identify blockages among project members.
  • Manage pool of contractors : Monitor progress of project contributors and their alignment with expected costs, identifying risks and blockages.
