About us

At IQVIA, the Healthcare team works with hospitals, insurers, and public health administrations to help them better understand what is happening in their organizations and support them in processes of improvement, innovation, and transformation. We do this by combining data analysis, organizational knowledge, and our experience in the sector.

Our projects range from data-driven measurement and evaluation initiatives to strategic consulting projects, such as digital transformation, clinical management, or optimization of care processes. Always with a practical, collaborative approach focused on generating real impact in decision-making and improving the functioning of the healthcare system.

We are looking for a Healthcare Analyst with an interest in the health sector, who combines clinical and analytical knowledge, and is eager to develop their career by participating in diverse projects with healthcare clients.

Your role

  • Contribute to the design, development, and execution of projects for healthcare organizations.
  • Analyze clinical, care-related, and organizational data to generate relevant insights.
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables (reports, presentations, dashboards…).
  • Collaborate with clinical professionals and healthcare managers in joint working sessions.
  • Translate clinical needs into practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Learn, contribute, and grow within a multidisciplinary team with a high level of collaboration.

Profile we are looking for

  • Degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Nursing …), Biomedical Engineering, Biostatistics, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in :
  • Projects involving analysis of clinical or care-related data.
  • or Consulting, planning, or process improvement in hospitals or public health entities.
  • or Support roles in clinical management, care quality, or healthcare innovation.
  • Skills

  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and structure ideas
  • Strong analytical skills and experience handling clinical data
  • Methodical, logical, and results-oriented approach
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and motivation to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Efficient management of multiple projects and priorities under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Practical and structured problem-solving skills
