The role of a Retail Store Manager is to oversee the daily operations of a retail store in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a store manager in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry

Fluency in both Spanish and English, both orally and in writing

Excellent leadership skills, strong learning ability, excellent teamwork spirit, and a sense of ownership

Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Oversee inventory management, customer service, and store display to maintain operational efficiency and high service quality

Monitor and analyze operational data to adjust strategies and achieve operating goals

Train and develop the store operation team to improve overall quality and service level
