Purpose of Role
Reporting to : Head of Admissions of SGM

Job Summary
The Admissions Manager consistently works towards outstanding performance across professional standards, safeguarding, successful outcomes and the efficient and effective administrative operations. The post holder provides a friendly and welcoming service to students, staff, families and visitors, prioritises tasks, and manages workload with minimal supervision. The school’s pursuit of excellence begins at the front gates, and this role should actively promote an outstanding public perception of operations and provision.
Key Responsibilities
Management of Admissions and Appointments
Management of Interviews with new families
Analysis of Competitors
Data and Document management of all students
Management of Entrance tests and Evaluations
Organisation of events to promote the school

Education and Skills – Essential :
Native level of English and Spanish
Flexible, positive and “can-do” attitude to work
Successful relevant experience
Desirable :
Similar experience in a business or academic environment
