One of our clients is currently looking for a Performance & Acquisition Marketing Manager in Pueblo Nuevo, Cádiz (Office-based preferred & Hybrid optional) .
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong performance mindset and a passion for user acquisition. You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on ROI and user lifetime value. As a key player in a lean and fast-paced team, you'll shape acquisition strategy across LATAM markets, particularly in the iGaming space. You will collaborate across departments to align campaigns with broader business goals while keeping a sharp eye on metrics, trends, and user behavior. Accountabilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and mobile / user acquisition channels
- Manage media budgets and bidding strategies to drive quality traffic and maximize ROI and LTV
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce campaign assets aligned with channel and audience needs
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify improvements and increase conversion rates
- Monitor LATAM market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform campaign strategy
- Work closely with CRM, VIP, and product teams to align acquisition with retention and engagement strategies
- Report regularly on key metrics such as CAC, ROI, and performance insights to stakeholders
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in iGaming, tech, or high-volume digital sectorsProven success in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic networksSolid understanding of media buying, tracking tools, attribution models, and performance analyticsStrong analytical skills and experience with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting toolsExperience working with or targeting LATAM markets is a significant advantageNative or professional fluency in Spanish; English required for internal communicationBonus : Experience with affiliate marketing, LATAM iGaming regulations, or tools like Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or mobile tracking platformsBenefits
