Main responsabilities
- Monitoring and forecasting stock levels
- Making and monitoring yearly purchase forecasts
- Maintaining safety stocks
- Producing reports and statistics of sales, purchases and stock levels
- Continually improve purchasing methods and procedures in order to optimize costs, simplify internal processes and help brand development
- Initiate, establish and develop good relationships with existing suppliers
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Transport pricing negotiation
- Logistics and transport management
- Controlling and administration of payments and invoices
- Support our Product Management
- Integration of new purchase tool
- Assistant to COO
