Main responsabilities

• Monitoring and forecasting stock levels
• Making and monitoring yearly purchase forecasts
• Maintaining safety stocks
• Producing reports and statistics of sales, purchases and stock levels
• Continually improve purchasing methods and procedures in order to optimize costs, simplify internal processes and help brand development
• Initiate, establish and develop good relationships with existing suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Transport pricing negotiation
• Logistics and transport management
• Controlling and administration of payments and invoices
• Support our Product Management
• Integration of new purchase tool
• Assistant to COO
