Marketing Specialist (CRM & Content)

Are you skilled in email and content marketing, with a passion for compelling copy and attention to detail? Are you eager to continue growing as a marketer in an innovative and international environment? If so — this role could be the perfect fit.

Miss Group is undergoing an exciting phase of global expansion and we are currently looking for a CRM & Content Marketer to join our international marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and impactful content across our digital platforms and brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine copy and visual assets for websites, social media, and newsletters.
Ensure high-quality and consistent content across brand websites.
Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns and feature updates on brand sites.
Create relevant and timely content for social media channels.
Produce persuasive marketing materials aligned with the global campaign strategy.
Identify opportunities to enhance marketing performance and customer engagement.
Optimize newsletters, SMS campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
Monitor and report performance metrics, recommending data-driven improvements.
Ensure clear, accurate, and brand-aligned communication to maintain strong customer relationships.

About You

To thrive in this role, you bring strong creative and communication skills and are confident producing digital marketing content. You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), have a good eye for design and UX, and enjoy working both strategically and hands-on.

Additional European languages are considered a strong advantage.

We believe you have :

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or communications.

Strong copywriting skills for both short-form and long-form content.

High attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

A genuine desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
