We are looking for a passionate and proactive HSE professional to join our team in Spain. This is a hands-on role , ideal for someone who thrives in the field, actively engages with teams on-site, and leads by example. It’s more than a technical position; it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who can inspire, motivate, and drive real change from the ground up.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with project managers, site managers, and global HSE leaders. Your mission will be to embed a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization, ensuring compliance, driving innovation, and being physically present where it matters most.

This role offers the chance to grow within a global organization, contribute to strategic initiatives, and lead impactful programs that shape the future of safety and integrity in our operations.

How you’ll make an impact

Lead and promote a proactive safety culture across all projects and teams.

Coordinate and implement HSE plans, audits, and legal compliance reviews.

Active involvement in construction projects, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental measures, particularly in complex or high-risk scenarios such as the expansion of operational facilities.

Deliver training and coaching to supervisors and project teams.

Drive incident investigations and lead root cause analysis.

Monitor and report safety performance, KPIs, and lessons learned.

Support contractor qualification and safety documentation processes.

Participate in design reviews and promote Safety by Design principles.

Lead national HSE initiatives, including Safety Day and committee meetings.

Your background

Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).

Proven experience in HSE roles within industrial or construction environments ideally.

Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local HSE regulations.

Excellent communication and training skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other languages are a plus.
